Insurance Requirements
FSU requires all full time, domestic main campus students and international students to have health insurance as a university health requirement.
Immunization Requirements
FSU requires all students to have been vaccinated with two MMR vaccines and either show proof of or waive Hepatitis B and Meningococcal Meningitis.
Vector Solutions Modules
FSU requires incoming students to complete online trainings—AlcoholEDU and Sexual Assault Prevention—addressing alcohol use and interpersonal violence.

LGBTQ+ Care & Resources

Sexual Health Resources
CHAW provides free, confidential HIV testing with rapid results. STI testing appointments can be scheduled at UHS, and free safer sex supplies are available at the HWC.
