For patients who are interested in continuing their ADHD medications, UHS has a protocol in place to assist in this process. Please have your ADHD medical records sent to: uhs-medicalrecords@fsu.edu in advance of your appointment to ensure that your provider has this information. Please include medical notes and documentation of any formal testing for ADHD.
