Tyressa Judge Physical Therapist
Tyressa Judge treats a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sport-specific conditions. She is an adjunct faculty member at FSU School of Dance, where she has assisted in research and presented at APTA conferences on Dance Medicine. She previously taught clinical skills and massage at Florida A&M University (1997-1999) and UAB Physical Therapy (1983-1984).
Tyressa holds additional certifications in Total Motion Release, Sportsmetrics, and Functional Movement Systems. She established the Physical Therapy department at Florida State University as a contract employee of Rehab Associates in July 1996, and later with TOSPT. She has been with UHS since 2010 and has been practicing physical therapy since 1982.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama in 1980 and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1982.
Annmarie Garis Physical Therapist
Dr. Annmarie Garis is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She treats a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and vestibular conditions. Dr. Garis is a certified running gait analyst and certified running coach. She holds additional certifications in dry needling, Sportsmetrics, Functional Movement Systems, and the assessment and medical management of concussions. Dr. Garis has been with UHS since 2013 and has been practicing physical therapy since 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree at Florida State University in 2004 and her Doctor of Physical therapy degree at the University of Florida in 2009.
Emily Eastberg Physical Therapist, DPT, OCS, Cert DN
Dr. Emily Eastberg PT, DPT, OCS, Cert DN - Physical Therapist Dr. Eastberg is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She holds additional certifications in Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR-T), Sportsmetrics, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and is currently pursuing certification in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. Dr. Eastberg has been with UHS since 2018 and has been a practicing physical therapist since 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2013 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of South Florida - School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2016.
Tiffany Kim Physical Therapy Tech
Tiffany Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida State University in 2021. She has been a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician at UHS since 2018.
