Colleen Putnam

Colleen Putnam, RN, AMB-BC, is the Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 4C Primary Care and Fast Track Clinics. She has been a nurse for 30 years, with the past 11 years dedicated to serving at UHS. In her leadership role, she oversees daily nursing operations, supports clinical teams, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Colleen is known for her calm, supportive leadership style and her commitment to fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment for nursing staff.

Throughout her career, Colleen has gained extensive clinical experience across a wide range of care settings, including emergency medicine, family practice, dermatology, OB/GYN, and school health.

She is board certified in Ambulatory Care Nursing and is committed to supporting high-quality patient care, team development, and smooth clinic operations within the ambulatory environment.
