Latricia Simmons

Latricia Simmons is the Assistant Director of Health Services at UHS, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2009. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Florida A&M University.

In her role, Latricia serves as the UHS Infection Control Officer and Employee Health Coordinator. She is also the Vaccine Manager, Athletics Liaison, and Supervisor of the UHS Referrals Department. Her multifaceted responsibilities highlight her expertise and commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Latricia is passionate about promoting health education and ensuring quality healthcare for college students, often saying, "Empowering students with knowledge and access to quality healthcare is the foundation for their success and well-being."

Outside of her professional life, Latricia enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, reading, gardening, and giving back to the community.
