Katherin (Katie) Snyder

Biography
Katie has been a Registered Dietitian (RD) for over 21 years, however new to UHS in 2025. She obtained her Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in 2008. Katie graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI and completed her dietetic internship there. She supports students through one-on-one nutrition counseling and also connects with the campus community through outreach programs. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, trying new recipes and gardening.
