Foreign Travel Clinic

The The University Health Services Foreign Travel Clinic provides consultations and immunizations to students and FSU employees traveling abroad.

During consultations, the clinician will provide information on any diseases or conditions that are prevalent in the area, what types of immunizations are necessary and make recommendations on precautions to take to keep travelers safe.

Dive Clinic

The University Health Services Dive Clinic provides consultation and physical exams for students needing clearance to participate in the FSUCML Academic Diving Program. Medical forms should be downloaded from the FSU website www.marinelab.fsu.edu/adp.
